2025 HHCC Dolphins Registration

Swimmers must be between 5 and 18 years old before June 1, 2025. Registration fees are $165 per swimmer - includes team t-shirt. 

Membership has its privileges - Harmony Hills Cabana Club 2025 members enjoy a discount of $40 per swimmer. If you haven't already joined, you can JOIN HERE and enjoy tennis, swimming, party discounts, and FUN at the Harmony Hills Cabana Club! 

Members with outstanding balances may NOT enjoy swim team or party discounts or use guest passes.  For membership questions contact HHCC membership chair, Joan Murray at (210) 422-8477.

Parents / Guardians
  • New accounts will be sent an email confirmation message with instructions to set up a password.
  • At least one parent/guardian is required to volunteer.

Harmony Hills Cabana Club Membership

Emergency Medical and Liability Release

The child/children included on this registration has/have my approval to participate in the Lone Star Summer Swim League (LSSSL) on the Harmony Hills Cabana Club Swim Team (HHCC), to include practices and meets at the Harmony Hills Cabana Club Pool or away. I understand and agree that the LSSSL, its agents, representatives, volunteers, and employees, if any, assume no responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, or disease (including exposure to Covid-19) as a result of any aspect of participation in swimming activities and swimming events. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the LSSSL, HHCC, its agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability for any injury to my child or children resulting from participating in swimming activities organized or conducted pursuant hereto.

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the above listed activities create the potential for receiving an injury. With the knowledge of this potential risk of injury, I am giving my child or children or ward(s) permission to participate in swimming and accept full responsibility for this decision. In the event of an injury, I hereby grant permission to the LSSSL and/or HHCC coaching staff and/or parent volunteers to render, secure, and authorize necessary medical treatment in the event I am not immediately available to make those decisions. I understand that any medical expenses or injuries incurred by the child(ren) or ward(s) are my responsibility.

Permission for Photo Release

I grant to the Harmony Hills Cabana Club, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of the child(ren) listed on this document in connection with the Harmony Hills Cabana Club and/or the Dolphin Swim Team. I authorize the Harmony Hills Cabana Club, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that the Harmony Hills Cabana Club may use such photographs of my child(ren) with or without his/her/their name(s) for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

Volunteers

The HHCC Dolphins is a not-for-profit organization. Registration fees pay for coaches salaries, swim league dues, and liability insurance. Other needs are met by donations of time and money and to that end, one parent or guardian is required to work one shift at any event his or her swimmer participates. Sign ups are managed on the team's website. If you do not sign up for a position, you will be assigned one by the volunteer coordinator.
